How You Can Help
Be My Ambassador
I would imagine this is something you have never thought of doing. I know it is a big ask. But I do need everyone’s assistance and cooperation in helping me if I am going to find a living donor.
Share My Story
One of the best ways to show your support is to help spread the word about my need for a kidney. I need you to become my ambassadors and help me get the word out personally or through social media to your family, friends, co-workers, business associates, colleagues and acquaintances that I am in need of a kidney transplant. Refer them to my website to learn more about me and to get more information on kidney transplant and to possibly consider registering as a potential donor to help me. Registering as a Potential Donor is the first step for someone to have a Living Donor Coordinator from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH get directly in contact with you to talk more about kidney transplant and to answer all your questions. Registering does NOT mean you are committed to becoming a donor.

Register To Be a Potential Donor
- Go to www.redcap.hitchcock.org/redcap/surveys
- Fill out the online health survey. A member of the Transplant Team will contact you to talk further with you and to answer your questions. The process is entirely confidential and there is no cost to you or your insurance. You will also get your own Living Donor Advocate whose job is to put your needs and health ahead of mine.
Important Facts To Remember
- Registration does not mean donation. It just means getting information.
- I won’t know if you register, get evaluated, your evaluation results or your decision to become a kidney donor unless you contact me directly.
- A Living Donor can live a full, healthy life with just one kidney.
- All donor medical expenses are covered by my insurance.
Blood type, ethnicity, and geographical location don’t matter. Finding a living donor of any kind does.
Please pass this along to everyone you know: family, friends, people you work with, people you worship with, and social media connections. And ask them to pass this on to their connections. The more people who see this, the better my chances of finding a kidney donor.
